About Me
Hi, I'm Debbie

Ten years ago, my health was at an all-time low. I was constantly tired, insecure, and weighed down by intense cravings, sleepless nights, and daily aches and pains. I knew it was now or never. Something had to change.
Like many women, I turned to mainstream health advice: eat better, move more, sleep well, manage stress. And yes, those things help. But the real struggle isn’t knowing what to do - it's actually doing it!
That’s where my rebellion began.
I started to notice the unhealthy forces around me: marketing exploits our insecurities, cultural norms glorify output over wellbeing, and our consumer culture manipulates our natural need for comfort into cravings that keep us stuck.
I looked inside myself, at my patterns of self-criticism, and the old stories that told me my worth was measured in productivity and perfection. Instead of relying on willpower, I began cultivating something more powerful: my why — a deeper motivation rooted in self-respect and self-belief, instead of fear and shame.
That shift changed everything.
Today, I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Guide. But more importantly, I’m someone who has broken free from the old story of addiction and self-sabotage. Now I help other women do the same.
Because true health isn’t about willpower or perfection. It’s about recognising the systems stacked against us, rewriting the beliefs that keep us small, and choosing long-term wellbeing over short-term escape.
It’s about starting your own rebellion.
