About Me
Hi, I'm Debbie

Ten years ago, my health was at an all-time low; contantly tired and insecure, with mood swings, intense cravings, problems sleeping and daily aches and pains... I felt awful! I knew it was 'now or never' - I had to make some changes.
Since then I've made many lifestyle changes including quitting smoking, transforming my diet, finding enjoyable ways to exercise, and learning to balance my hormones, mind and emotions. Along the way I studied nutrition, fitness, biology, psychology and health coaching.
Today, my life looks very different. I'm happier, healthier and have found confidence in my ability to shape my own future. I'm a certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher and Meditation Guide. My journey hasn't just helped me transform my own well-being, it's given me the skills, lived experience, and passion to help other women to do the same.

No restrictive dieting, punishing exercise regimes or dubious health fads here. I offer a sustainable, holistic, personalised approach to wellness which focuses on creating optimal health and addressing symptoms through balanced nutrition and habit change.
My coaching is science-based, following in the bio-psycho-social model of health which recognises that mental, emotional and physical health are inseparable - they all affect each other, and they're influenced by factors like diet, lifestyle and environment. So you can stop waiting for someone to fix you - because you are not broken! By recognising all the interconnected factors that influence your habits and health, and using a holistic, whole body approach, you can take back control of your wellbeing.
